Today I would like to introduce some SUNZZA packaging materials.
SUNZZA company currently produces boxes using PET, PP, and PS materials, with PET being the main material of choice.
PS material provides good strength and temperature resistance, while PET material offers high gloss, superior fog resistance, and strong flexibility, making it the preferred choice for SUNZZA company. Especially, the PET lids produced by SUNZZA company have high transparency and fog resistance, which better showcase the authenticity of the contents.
PS material, which is commonly used in sushi boxes, has the advantages of good strength and high temperature resistance (up to 90 degrees). However, it has the disadvantages of easily fraying, cracking, and being lightweight. Most PS sushi boxes are produced with fillers mixed in.
On the other hand, PET material, which is the current mainstream trend, offers several advantages. It has a high gloss, superior fog resistance for the lid, adequate weight, strong flexibility, and clean edges without fraying. However, it has the drawback of lower temperature resistance compared to PS and OPS, deforming at temperatures above 60 degrees Celsius.
